Berry Calcium Smoothie
  • 1/4 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1/8 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup non fat yogurt (any flavor
  • 2 tbsp. nonfat dry milk
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 1/2 cup calcium fortified orange juice
  • (if using fresh fruit, add 1 cup ice)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Drink and enjoy a delicious smoothie with 50% of your daily requirement for calcium.
